Verkstäderna is a service where private individuals can book an appointment at the nearest workshop for tire changing.
The goal is to create a website that brings together all the shops offering tire change services, making it easy and seamless for customers to find and book appointments. This will enhance the visibility and marketing efforts of the workshops while improving administrative efficiency for the administrative department.
Design: We began the design process by creating initial sketches to visualize the app's layout and structure. The design was built from the ground up, focusing on making the app easy to navigate, visually appealing, and intuitive to use.
User Research: Conducted surveys, interviews, and competitor analysis. Analyzed data to identify target groups and their needs, creating two personas to better understand the target groups.
User Story Mapping: We used user story maps to organize and prioritize the app's features. This method helped us understand user needs better, encouraged teamwork, and assisted in planning the release of the app.
Prototyping: We started with low-fidelity prototypes in Figma to test out basic design concepts. Based on user feedback, we then developed high-fidelity prototypes, refining the design and improving the app's functionality.
User Testing: We conducted testing sessions with five participants who tried out the prototypes and gave us feedback. We analyzed this feedback to find areas for improvement and to confirm our design choices.
Collaboration: Throughout the project, we closely collaborated with the development team to ensure that the design met the research goals and was implemented correctly.
